I am Claire, a qualified Clinical Reflexologist with a Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, which is the highest level of Reflexology qualification in the UK. I am also a Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registered nurse, with over 17 years’ experience working in oncology and haematology with a BSc Honours Adult Nursing Degree and Specialist Practice Nursing in Oncology Post Graduate Diploma.
I offer a range of personalised holistic reflexology treatments that can help you restore that balance in your life and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Whether you need to take control of the stress and anxiety in your life, or you are looking to find a way to help you unwind and relax, reflexology can help.

Reflexology is a holistic healing approach which has been practised for thousands of years
It involves the pressure and massage of reflex points found in the feet and hands. Pressure is applied to these specific points, known as reflexes, which are mapped out and correspond to different parts of the body and different body functions. By stimulating these reflex points and the circulatory and lymphatic reflexes, reflexology promotes the body’s natural healing processes so it can be restored to its natural balance and a state of harmony (homeostasis).
I have successfully helped clients with a number of conditions including stress, anxiety, insomnia, sinusitis, migraines, lymphoedema, musculoskeletal pain and with a range of digestive and hormonal issues. However, I do not claim to cure, diagnose presenting symptoms or prescribe treatment.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a session for any reason, please give 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged in full for the session.
My location
For your reflexology treatment, I am located outside Lisburn, Co. Antrim between Legacurry and Annahilt, in a remote and secure modern log cabin in the grounds of my home, which is surrounded by mature trees and gardens. It is a rural retreat, which will help evoke feelings of rest, relaxation and recuperation.
There is private and secure parking on site. I will send you precise location details when you book your first appointment.
